Early in February my husband was rear-ended by a woman. On February 26th he died of a massive heart attack. He had already scheduled to have the truck fixed at the body shop in americus.I took the truck to them in April when the insurance released the check. The truck had to have a bumper there was damage to the exhaust tailpipe and tailgate. They did the worst Job possible. There is a big bump on the tailgate and the exhaust was not fixed at all. I had hit a char-broil grill on the highway at 80mph. I was 6 hours from home coming back from Disney with my kids. Body Shop of Americus took this job on as my insurance dictated where it went. Right from the beginning Holly was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation. They called me and kept me informed through the whole process.
