I'm so glad I gave The Body Shop a chance. I can not say enough good things about Misty and Tara. All the workouts are fun and challenging. Love getting my butt kicked everytime.
I absolutely love this place! Such an awesome environment. Misty is more than an instructor. She's a motivator,and in courages you to be the best you can be. She loves what she does and that makes her the best health teacher possible! The TBS family is friendly and inviting. So happy I gave this place a chance. Best decision I've made in my my guest for a healthy life!!
I have been to a lot of gyms over the years and TBS is definitely at the top. Every workout is challenging and different. I never get bored because we hardly do the same things twice. The workouts are creative, challenging, and fun. I always leave feeling great! This is a perfect place to work out and crush your fitness goals!
Misty has exactly the right balance of kick your butt and be nice. She gets you going energetically throughout the workouts. She knows her stuff. A very relaxed atmosphere to workout as well. I am enjoying the Tabata Boot Camp and looking forward to doing more fitness training.
The Body Shop is a one of a kind Gym! It is unique, it isn't compared to any other gyms I have ever stepped foot in. Misty is an amazing training, meal planner and Owner. She is top notch, there is not one complaint. If you try TBS you will realize its home, its welcoming, clean but gets you pumped for fitness. Cannot say enough about Misty and what she's done for me this last month! So very glad I signed up and took this 30 Day Challenge. Found a place I love and won't go anywhere else!
