We have 7 vehicles in our family and have taken several of them to TBS over the years. We waited for days to be able to drop a truck off, and then were supposed to get a call when they were looking at it (which didnt happen). When we called them to find out what's up, we were told they wont work on the truck because its lifted. When we went to pick it up one of the techs mentioned they work on lifted trucks all the time.
