TBS Prosper made fixing my car an amazing experience! The manager Tony, had excellent customer service and made the transaction seamless. At first, the repair time started off slow. There was some obvious miscommunication. But once that was rectified and I was dealing directly with Tony, my experience was great! The repair looks amazing! Dealership quality. They even provide a great wash and interior cleaning! TBS - Prosper was able to turn a bad situation into a good one, I hope to continue to do business with them!

Very disappointed was told to drop a car, and then when I called again to ask for a time, I was told you can’t drop and have to wait for at least 7 days, this is really unacceptable when one of your staff promises you one thing and another staff doesn’t keep it. Very bad customer service.
