This is the only Body Shop I've been to with such helpful staff. The manager, Nikki, is absolutely amazing! She did a skin care consultation with me, I didn't even know The Body Shop did those. She discussed all the products I was using and what she recommends I add/change in my face routine to make it better. She sent me home with a few samples to try and within a few days I noticed a huge difference, I went back to purchase everything I needed to continue and couldn't be happier with the results. My favorite shop for my eau de toilette "Shea" and " White Musk vegan " perfume oil roll on. The lady is super nice! Also was served by a young man on Saturday who didn't believe I was a limousine chauffeur!
