A friend of mine bought me a gift certificate to get a massage with Sam/the body mechanic. I originally booked the massage a month in advance and he canceled 15 minutes before my scheduled massage. I tried to reschedule by calling and texting, but he never responded. Not sure what else to do at this point.
An amazing two hours. I have been holding out on myself by not getting a massage sooner, but more than that, Sam listened to me and used his knowledge and experience to truly target my trouble areas. Definitely got a repeat client here!
I would recommend Sam, The Body Mechanic, to anyone. They helped restore my range of motion, relieved the pinched nerve in my shoulder, and reduced my chronic pain.
Perfect pressure, easy to schedule. Will absolutely be back. Sam is awesome!
Sam is a phenomenal massage therapist. As someone who does a lot of weight lifting, I really needed someone knowledgeable in sports massage, and was thrilled to find Sam. They are great at listening to what you need, too! Highly recommend!
