All I can say is “what an experience!” Cryo chamber works wonders even on the first visit you feel completely brand new, glow facial makes you look refreshed. Can’t forget about the staff... super friendly and not just in a customer service way. I would definitely recommend everyone just to give it a try because 3 minutes can change the way your body feels, it’s amazing!
There is nothing that compares to The Body Building and it’s staff. I’ve never felt so relaxed in a gym atmosphere and the cryotherapy was beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to try some of their other state of art products. The staffs upbeat attitude is infectious and not to mention they are a local company that supports their community and Veterans which is huge in my mind.
