This place is amazing! The environment is so cute and welcoming. Friendly staff and such great things to offer! Today I did cryotherapy with Bluetooth so I got to listen to some Christina Aguilera while my muscles recovered in the chamber. I even booked a cryofacial, wellness pod session, and nutrition specialist appt for next week!

I am obsessed with this place!!!! The second you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles from their friendly staff. The treatments are on a whole other level than anything else here in the valley. You can tell the owners truly care about helping people’s lives with these treatments, they offer specials all the time. I will be a lifetime client of theirs, absolutely love The Body Building.❤️
