I spent 2 1/2 min in Cryotheropy, had a 30 min massage, then spent 20 min in the infrared sauna with chromotherapy! I left feeling like I had a full body work out! Its so great to have so many amazing services under one roof. Friendly staff, lots of package options and i cant wait for all their group classes to start :)
Awesome place to work out and the equipment & owners are top notch, very professional and amazing personal attention to Diet, exercise and training.
