Great space! Everyone is incredibly friendly.
My daughter and I love this place. Very inclusive for all ages, sizes, strengths, and the instructors and staff are incredibly supportive, positive, and kind.
The Body Bar is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and encouragement radiating from both the instructors and the staff. Every class is led by amazing, knowledgeable instructors who not only challenge you physically but uplift you mentally through genuine affirmation and support. A wonderful place to grow stronger and be surrounded by uplifting women! The instructors and members are all so friendly and encouraging. Working out always felt like a chore, but ever since joining The Body Barre I look forward to it!
