I highly recommend this gym! I’ve been going for over a month, and Stefanie and JP have been amazing. Stefanie has helped me so much with nutrition, and JP’s workouts are motivating and effective, they make a great team. Since starting their program, I’ve lost weight and feel stronger and healthier. This 4-week program was incredibly helpful! Stef is a functional nutrition counselor who truly cares about educating you on gut health and supporting real lifestyle change. JP is a great fitness coach and I loved that he took the time to develop relationships with everyone. The accountability was excellent, and it’s clear the goal is long-term health - not quick fixes. Highly recommend!
She is the best i didnt like to change anything in my life and loos weight so fast but her package was my Christmas gift from my friend, after 2 weeks i see my routing change and i like it i feel better every moring then i see everybody told me about i lost weight and i am so happy for my best gift ever and my best coach ever
