Grumpy hateful old man smoking behind the counter watching Fox news insulting us every chance he got. He must have black bile running through his veins and hate his life. I really just pity this soul. We brought in our dumpy lil boat just to get the outboard running and we were willing to pay for services but he insulted us on how ugly our boat was (which we knew, but so what.) RIP OFF !!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!! Brought a boat in for over heating issue. They weren't able to diagnose, told me I needed a whole new engine. They put in a starter and tried to charge me over 1K. He said he would take 750 cash. Then when I questioned the price, he got very irate and hit me and tried to grab the cash from my hands. Cops were involved. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! I would give ZERO stars, but it wouldn't let me.
Overbilled for work not performed and apprentices who have little knowledge of boat mechanics...
Wouldn't go back. They didn't use stainless steel hardware on my outboard lower unit. Just made more work for me.
