For the past 7 years I have been a customer of The Boat House. The three boats I bought have been outstanding. As people know boats break but each and every time I had issues they stepped up to the plate and repaired them in a timely manner. I will keep buying my lifts and boats from Bob Heckel and Dick Heckel. Thanks for helping my family and I create great memories on the water.
Great customer service. They were very helpful in answering any question I had even though I didn't buy.
This is a place to go if you want terrible service, unfulfilled promises and have a ton of time to waste. Bought a new boat and a part was missing - for 3 months I have tried to get the missing part. No responses, blaming others, it was ordered and "I don't know" are the answers I have gotten. I am now faced with a law suit against them to finally (hopefully) close out this disaster. Think twice before going to this place.
Great staff on the demo day! All the staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions! Will cya on the next demo day!
