I bought a brand-new 2025 Barletta from Boat Brokers, and from day one it has been nothing but problem after problem. I’ve had to bring this boat back four separate times for repairs. After the fourth visit, I took it out expecting everything to finally be fixed. Instead, both electronic screens failed immediately, and about an hour later the engine completely died, leaving me stranded on the water. This folks are without a doubt the best to work with. Tyler was salesman and very helpful. James Dean is amazing never once called or texted these folks that I didn’t get a reply within minutes. And I called and texted them a lot during my boat purchase. Worked with 2 other dealerships in havasu. These folks were leaps and bounds above the others.
Boat Brokers did everything right for us, including giving what we needed on a classic car trade in, finding us the right boat, insuring it to be a solid boat, and even after the purchase and taking it out for the first time by ourselves, there was an issue that they promptly fixed!
