The whole crew at Boat Brokers were a pleasure to work with, Jonny the salesman was great, James the sales manager did a great job negotiating a fair price, Sam was good on the demo ride, from start to finish was a positive experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Purchased my first boat ever from Boat Brokers. They made it super seamless and genuinely cared. Scott was my salesman and did not pressure us at all like you would expect a salesman to do. He mindfully picked out several boats that were in our price range and skill set. He is very knowledgeable! We got to take the boat we choose out on the water for a test ride which was awesome. We had a great experience with Jonny Hyde at the Boat Brokers in Havasu. The process was organized and went so smooth. He took us out on a demo on the Lake to ensure the boat was the right fit for us!
We purchased a 2003 Chaparral 243. After getting it home I noticed the master cylinder needed fluid. Made appointment with service and after they looked over the brake system returned the boat and claimed it only needed brake system bled of air. Okay, but when I got it home 7 miles away again I needed fluid in master cylinder so I contacted Mike at service.
