If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. There is absolutely nothing luxury about these apartments. The walls are paper thin, management doesn’t address any issues, it smells like weed, people speed through the community like it’s a race track, there’s constantly randoms roaming around and using the amenities. Everything is cheap quality. You can’t even make coffee without the break tripping. There’s bugs EVERYWHERE, trash EVERYWHERE. People let their animals roam everywhere. I moved out of my apartment a year ago, and Myka conducted my walk-through. I left the apartment in the same condition it was handed to me and even took many photos for reference in case there were issues with my deposit. During the walkthrough, Myka mentioned only a few minor things needed to be done, nothing major. When I finally received my deposit, I was shocked—I only got $50 back out of more than $900.
