I reached out in need of a apartment move out clean. Michael was very helpful, kind and friendly. Very easy to book the appointment with him. They had plenty of available appointments around the day I called. The ladies assigned to do the clean did a fantastic job! Especially cleaning the oven and refrigerator. They were sparkling! I highly recommend The Boardwalk Cleaning Company. They did a very thorough cleaning!
Honestly, I don't know how they did. So basing this on the entire experience. We hired them to do a make-ready for our rental property. We are located in WASHINGTON. And needed the property ready ASAP. The company fit us in their schedule and though pricey it was comparable to other highly reviewed companies. We did not receive any follow up photos so really can't tell you how they did. I know it took about 3.5 hours for them to clean the property. This is THE BEST company I have worked with for cleaning services! I immediately got to speak to one of their representatives when I called and he walked me through the different options and the procedures over the phone. I received an invoice immediately without requesting it, and i was able to correspond before the cleaning day through text. We have had regular bi-weekly cleanings for the last few months now and have had really good service. Timely, thorough, and efficient! Everyone we’ve had come to service our home has been great. Today we had Juan and Juana and they did the best job yet! Really pleased with our cleanings - it’s so helpful!
