Don't be bamboozled, this company is just trying to squeeze you for more money while providing lack-luster service. Read the reviews and you'll notice a trend. Booked a move-in clean, had to put in my CC number it is was automatically charged $250+. Then within 30 minutes of the cleaning team arriving, I received a call telling me they will not have enough time to finish the job and that they will need an additional 30 minutes to and hour - of course I'd have to pay for that extra time (which I declined). They are efficient and do a great job.
Boardwalk Cleaning Co. false advertises with 512 Living. They state that studio apartments take no longer than 1.5 hours in their pamphlet, then charge you for two, at a higher rate than reflected on the sheet. They KNOW about the issue, as confirmed by my conversation with their representative... yet, they do not hold 512 Living accountable for suspending their use of the faulty info. "We've asked them to stop using it..." but they still are, so it's important that that is expressed when making the booking. The cleaners did... read more

Boardwalk cleaning is good at doing basic touch up cleanings, if you look beyond that, the job that they perform is superficial. The ladies that they send while appearing nice and courteous, if you speak Spanish it is easy to tell that they are constantly gossiping about the home and homeowner and are on their phones making personal calls nonstop. From the very beginning, Facundo was awesome, knowledgeable, and understanding. We needed a company to clean our house after we moved out. I wasn't too sure when we would be completely moved out so i wasn't able to give them a definite day for cleaning. But once I did, they were able to set me up pretty fast, and around a holiday too!
