The management team has horrible customer service etiquette. Myself and my roommate Informed them that we would be moving out in 30 days. I received a phone call notifying me that it needed to be in writing. I called several times and no one answered nor was anyone ever in the office and finally when I did speak to someone they were out having a holiday party. We do require written 30 day notice from all residents, it is both in our lease agreements as well as we do explain this to our residents to ensure they provide proper notice. The balance owed does reflect the condition the unit was left in addition to the rent balance. Garbage apartments. Horrible management. Roaches. Rude staff.
Everything is great--plus wonderful staff
If it’s not the WiFi and cable not working, the power is being shut off. One laundry room is always “down for maintenance” while the other one has dryers that never dry your clothes.
Great staff along with clean and safe apartments makes for a perfect place to live!
The staff is friendly and always on top of things.
