We had such a great time last night a the Boar and Bull. Can’t wait to return!
My dad and I stopped in this week, chatted with the owner, and picked up a small variety of meat cuts and sausage. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable about his products and has very high standards for everything from how the animals are raised and cared for all the way to aging and storing the meat. The delmonico dry aged steak I got was very tender and had amazing flavor, and the pork belly was to die for. � I don't think I'll be buying steaks at a grocery store any more!

This place is great! Went in for the first time today just to see what it was all about. The owner(?) greeted us as we came in and explained the business, and showed us the wide selection on locally sourced meats, and a wide selection of local brews. They even had 6 different types of beef jerked all made in the shop. We bought some of each and they are very tasty. The meat selection looked great! We will be back!
