Bluffton Room. Scenario. 6 people. Limited menu. Waited for 1-1 1/2 hours for food. Two order steaks medium rare. Both are served well done. One doesn't complain, one does. They take it back and the Manager offers us a discount the next time we come back. WTF? What happened to making it right? $420 dollars later. Never will go back. Based on service. The manager does not know what he is doing, it is painfully obvious. He does not know how to work with the public, or rectify issues that are occurring during service. I have noticed a discernible drop in service over the past few months. We had an issue where the kitchen made the wrong dish for one of the members of our party. Wonderful atmosphere. Our server was Tonya and she was amazing. The steaks melt in your mouth. Food was delicious.
Just wanted to give you my review on The Bluffton Room. They greeted us with open arms. The service was awesome the whole time. Every worker we interacted with was nice and said happy anniversary to us. We even got taught how to eat artichoke. The bartender pulled up a chair and gave us tutorial on it. It was awesome.
