Million dollar developer and builds ok homes. The issue is the people they hire to build the homes and the installers. Been in our home for over a year. First issue was under the kitchen sink. The person in charge of making sure everything was tight didn’t do a good job and our sink was leaking through the wood for over a month and we had no idea until it started smelling like mold. Bluffs 1 & 2 by Century communities are beautiful new homes in Lake Las Vegas area. Breath taking views and many upgrades included with new home purchase. If your looking for an affordable new home this is the place. Several homes are ready to move in and many waiting to be built.
