Excellent property that is well maintained and has high level finishes. The golf course on site is a huge plus also!
Clean, very friendly great sence of community. Manager gives excellent customer service and keeps on top of everything.
I moved into The Bluffs and absolutely love it. The apartments are the best in the Sioux falls area. They are super spacious, high quality, and very quiet. You also get alot of very nice perks. You get a great life gym and golf membership just for living here as well as a great life gym inside the building, a indoor swimming pool/hot tub, a beautiful golf course on the property, and a restaurant in the building as well!
