My experience at this location has not been satisfactory. I have had constant issues with the management, especially the manager, regarding the parking lot. Despite expressing my concerns, no effective solutions have been provided. I believe management should improve considerably to provide better service to residents.
I have lived here going on three years. I have not had any problem with management. In fact any time I have had any type of problem it was dealt with promptly. Our building is clean, and quiet. I understand stand having to pay a pet deposit and pet rent. Pets do not intentionally cause damage but it does happen. Move in day or apartment was clean and ready for move in. Stayed here for many yrs and was asked to leave with no reason why, was blamed for giving out managers phone number also,which I never did. If you want to be treated like a number or screamed at over the phone by a manager then move in. My kids grew up there and basically it was my home..unfortunately the managers there and also including granite city real estate dont care about their tenants.
