Landlord will tell you one thing to get you into the lease- like moving into a bigger apartment than what you initially looked at but only paying an extra $50 a month plus is id get a garage that I wouldn’t have to pay for. Don't appreciate how the landlord handles business. Re-signed lease for another year, but was not made aware that they would no longer be paying for ANY utilities. So as well as rent going up (which I was made aware of), I'm also stuck paying for heat, which I don't even use because my thermostat doesn't even work! Along with the ceiling fan that stopped working, and how about the wasps nest I complained about over and over again that was never PROPERLY dealt with. One time our electricity went out on a Saturday, and I had c... read more
