I lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. The location was very convenient to downtown. All maintenance requests were handled quickly and I didn't have any issues with management when moving out. Highly recommend.

We loved living in these apartments. The entire area is beautiful and even though we didn't have an apartment with a view, we still could walk across the parking lot and check it out. The pool was nice, the landscaping was ok. Management was pretty responsive. Downtown Cincy and even better, Covington, is a cheap uber ride away.
What an awesome place to live. We had less than a hand count of issues and only with loud neighbors, not with the owners we were renting from. My wife and I would still be there if there was more room in that she was pregnant with my son and with some of the loud neighbors we decided to move to a single family home. Pet friendly environment no issues with that, all and all great place friendly safe place to be.
