I canceled my application for an apartment from the first wk of October and I’m yet to receive my refund... Been to the office multiple times and I still haven’t gotten an answer? This is jus unacceptable!!! I’ve asked for the Corperate number and I was told there isn’t a number so idk... it’s not even tht much money it’s only $185... but it’s the principle... this was canceled from the first wk of October n now we r in dec I was told 30 days or less so wats happening ??????
You can find cheaper apartments with better service then this.
just to let everyone know this company is the most insensitive company, they have no regards to any one at all. This is the worse apartment that you can stay in. When an issue arise they are not willing to work with you and their response is it's in your contract. Just to let everyone know. Everything is bad from parking to the service.
Getting maintenance requests taken care of is a big hassle and things hardly ever get fixed the first, second or third time maintenance comes to your unit. Or it’ll take them weeks/months to come do a simple task. The maintenance staff is fairly nice but need to be more prompt about getting their job done. Parking is an absolute mess. Good luck getting a parking space near your apartment anytime after 6 pm. Cleanliness of the apartment grounds is also a problem. I love living at The Bluestone! My apartment has everything I need and my kids love the pool! The staff is super friendly, professional and responsive and make me feel like I'm part of the community, especially with all the fun events for residents almost every week! I highly recommend The Bluestone!
The maintenance service system is awful, although the maintenance staff themselves are very nice! The people in the office are quick to give excuses and yell at you like it’s your fault things are broken and not getting fixed. Maybe if you pay the high rent for the “upgraded” apts you are treated better because living here for 5 years certainly doesn’t allow you any customer service.
The Bluestone is great! It doesn't even feel like an apartment it's so homey. Its close to everything and the staff is great as well.
