The Blues BBQ Co. was started in 2004 with $20,000, a truck and a dream. Two brothers, Patrick and Chris, decided to give the people of Frederick, MD “Real BBQ!” Most of the BBQ found in Maryland was less than average and mostly over-cooked. Homewrecker This food was amazing. The homewrecker was one of the best chili dogs that I have ever had. I did not care for the succotash.
Ribs! The ribs here are amazing! They were so juicy and falling off the bones! I tried a fried pickle here.... it was interesting.... kind of like a mozzarella stick, but instead of cheese on the inside, it's a pickle. Highly recommend this place!

So sad to not see collard greens as a side. Also, $2 for a side when it usually came with a sandwich is so disappointing! So sad one of my favorite hangouts won't be one anymore☹️

Don't ever use them to cater your event. Food was Luke warm, one side missing and nothing to drink was delivered as ordered.
This place has really gone downhill since opening. The beef brisket was ok but had no character other than a rare piece of bark. The Memphis style pork was bland and vinegar soaked.
