Terrible customer service and the workers are very rude and defensive. They will NeVeR get my business! We walked out! Then we were hassled by a worker smoking right outside the door!

My friend has eaten here before and suggested we go here before attending the play Wicked. We checked in and were told the wait would be 25-30 minutes. After an hour we had to leave for the play where we ate popcorn for dinner. She never received a call from the hostess that our table was ready. My friend mentioned this has happened to them before. This seems to be an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed.
