I brought my ring in for an appraisal. Not only were they prompt and had excellent customer service, they returned my ring to me in almost brand new condition. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!
I came in for a watch battery today and also asked the salesperson to look at a ring I wanted resurfaced. Thank you for the education and letting me know you could find a replacement stone within my budget. Very nice people who greeted you at the door. It was cleaned, fixed and the price and service were great, as always! I even bought another ring while I was there. I like to spend my money where they take of me.
