I feel so lucky to have found Farah. She is incredibly empathetic, kind, and truly next-level smart. In every session, she creates such a safe and supportive space while also asking the exact right questions that help me grow and heal. It honestly took me 32 years to find a therapist like her, and I can’t imagine a better guide on this journey. If you’re looking for someone who combines genuine warmth with brilliant insight, Farah is the one.
As of now, I believe they only do telemed/virtual appointments but I’ve been satisfied with my virtual appointment experiences. They do a great job with appointment reminders via email and text two days before an appointment. The new patient intake procedure can be lengthy with the required documents, but I recommend their practice to anyone who may be new to online therapy. She’s supportive and understanding, but also challenges me to think about things in a different perspective. I am grateful to have her help me work through anxiety and other difficult issues. Not only is the Blue Clinic in-network with my health plan, but I appreciate that it’s in downtown LA. Highly recommend Farah to anyone who works/live in downtown LA and is seeking a new therapist!

Dr. Adaobi Anyeji is unethical in her approach as she abruptly terminated my friends therapist and she wasn't even allowed a free termination session. It doesn't seem like she follows protection of patient notification guidelines or employment issues properly. My friend who has many mental health issues has now been thrown deeper into depression because her therapist was let go with no notice ... DO NOT come here, Dr. Adaobi is dangerous and has no regard for what’s best for the patient.
