So disappointed and will be calling back Monday for a refund when management is in. Ridiculous I have to wait two days to get a refund. Honestly may do a chargeback on my credit card.

I was incredibly impressed the first few times I’ve been here. But the past 3 times I have left disappointed. I even tried different locations. Each of the 3 times, my hair wasn’t thoroughly washed. Today she just washed the hairline in the front and conditioned the top layer of hair. I have thick, curly, pain in the butt to blow dry hair- (hence why I like to pay someone to do it) but I warn them when I make the appointment. All 3 times my hair was still damp when I left. I visited the blowout bar at Easton the day of my moms wedding to get some curls in my hair and I was disappointed. The girl that did my hair was so nice but as soon I got into my car after my appointment my curls were gone. By the time I made it home my hair was straight. I know they can do amazing work but I was disappointed in the final product and that my hair didn’t even last until the wedding.
I’m very concerned about one of your employees harassing me about drugs because my name is the same as his supposed drug dealer. Hopefully you can get Cody the help he needs.
This place is the best! I’ve been to The Blowout Bar in Grandview a handful of times and always walk out feeling and looking great! Maybe if we get enough votes, we can get the ladies that run these places to open one in the Cleveland area? I’d be a regular for sure!
I wanted to love my hair, I really, truly did. I heard many great things about the blowout bar so I scheduled far in advance to make sure I would have the style I wanted and such. I went in for a blowout and braid for my wedding, so it was definitely a special day. It took a 20 minute car ride and walking around inside the venue for about 15 minutes for my hair to fall flat.
