Was very disappointed today. I have nothing against the staff as everybody was very nice and accomodating. Its the actual service. I came in and came out with the same length. I didn't realize it until later as the stylist curled my hair so it looked short. So disappointed. My stylist, although very nice, was obviously distracted. I think they were dealing with issues, but was not sure as they were speaking in Spanish and I didn't understand. So maybe that contributed to it.

First time being here and it was amazing. Everyone was very friendly, the place was super adorable. Went in to get my hair and makeup done, came out with exactly what I wanted. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Sol and Yvonne and everyone else.

It doesn’t even deserve a star I have never been so upset. How do you not manage to book a clients appointment but manage to take her credit card info for cancellation fees if need be and then send me to another salon where I’m told I wouldn’t be able to do what i want because they have other appointments the absolute worst experience

Had a great experience this week with my color & extension adjustments. They were very patient with me and open to a dialogue about the color. Very happy with their services and will be returning!
