A little back story. On February 7th my father tragically passed and we nor he didn’t have money to bury him. His family decided to start a go fund me for his funeral fees however, made it almost impossible to obtain them after finding out what our plans were. Absolutely horrible! Funeral flowers were never sent, claimed there was a delay and asked if I still wanted them. Sorry funeral is over ! Horrible ignorant customer service with no explanation. Took 30 minutes to process a refund , I will be shocked if they process. They made a horrible day more horrible! Absolutely the worst
