For the second time in as many years, I went to donate platelets, Iverified no less than six times to the two different people drawing blood that it was platelets onlybbut they still drew whole blood. Was supposed to be contacted by management from that location after the people at the call center couldn't find a resolution other than a blank statement apology.
Although things were moving at a slower pace today, I was glad to have Bebo as my tech. They were so sweet and gentle. They were super patient and made sure I was good and comfortable. From the time I sat in her chair, til I left, she was there to give me anything I need.
Amy and the staff at The Blood Connection did an amazing job. Thorough, detailed, and professional. Will be donating on a regular basis. Thank you.
had such a great experience with Bebo when I went in to get my blood drawn. Normally, I get pretty nervous about needles, but she was incredibly calm, gentle, and reassuring the whole time. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and had such a kind, professional demeanor that put me at ease right away. The actual blood draw was quick, smooth, and almost painless—I barely even felt it!
First time donator, Bebo and Kimberly were great, humorous and made things calmer
