Bebo, Ashley, and Jennifer were the absolute best and such a pleasure!! They were so friendly, fast, and fun. Had a wonderful experience.

I went to the mobile blood connect at Lowe's today. The whole crew there are amazing but bebo did a incredible job taking my blood. I didn't even feel the stick. I hope to see them again sometime in the future.
Bebo is the best! She was so gentle and sweet. I get the worst anxiety when giving blood and she made sure everything went super smooth. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with her!
Went to donate platelets, went through the whole process where I verified over and over again that I was donating platelets, the bags were even labeled platelets. When handed over to the clinical staff they sat me down and had me donate whole blood. The fact that the staff doesn’t know the difference is wild. Would recommend finding another way to give that is not blood connection, where the clinical staff actually knows what they are doing. *I did reach out before posting this, but with no real solution or explanation given... read more
