I’m disappointed. There is a new way of checking iron…no more pricking of the finger, now they have this device that you slide your thumb in and it squeezes off and on several times which takes longer than the original system and is quite strange on how it gets the results. Anyway, I did not pass, and my fiancé has not passed the last two times. I’ve been DONATING for over 10 plus years and now with this new system in play I am most likely going to detour from DONATING…which is sad

Very professional
I have been donating for a couple of years , but in the last few months they got new phlebotomists who do not know how to insert a needle. Because they do not your donation gets cut short. Then after so many times that they do this , you end up with an 8 week deferral. Then you get blame for their shortcomings. Then when it's time to go back , you have to defend yourself again for something you have been volunteering to help with.
