My donation was facilitated by nurse Mikayla (? spelling). She addressed each and every issue in a timely fashion, so I was always comfortable. This standard of practice will result in continuing to donate 10 April 2024- Returned for another donation, greatly appreciated the professionalism of each task during the process. 26 May 2024 returned for another donation because they called me. Received a warm welcoming and each person on today's team performed with quality service. I appreciate reliability and professionalism.

Great experience every time
The blood donation part is great! They took excellent care of me. The problem is when they get your contact info they will harass you constantly. CONSTANLY! I get texts, phone calls and voicemails incessantly. I understand it's for a good cause but, honestly, the fastest way to keep me from ever donating again is by harassing me.
