September 2026-The Staff was welcoming, kind-hearted, and friendly.💖. I was in for my annual birthday whole blood donation. The process is smooth as silk.
Ulta zoe and Claire treated me with so much kindness and support I donated whole blood and started to pass out they helped me got me something to drink and snacks I appreciate them so much 10/10!!!!
March 18,2026-Received an invitation to make a whole blood donation yesterday . Showed up at the door this morning. Beautiful welcome, proficient check in, then Anna extracted the blood, took seven minutes and twenty seconds. This can be done in-between chores. Anna is gifted with her medical talents. This company is an actual joke. I have been donating blood every 8 weeks for years, and I can't have a simple call returned after leaving a message every day for a week. They also do not respond to emails. I am beginning to think they do not want their clients to receive their rewards points, and that is why I cannot get help logging in.
