Professional staff are always kind and helpful during my donations. I always get promptly seated at my appointment times, and offered snacks and a blanket. Rewards are great here too.
I went to get blood donated for my second time and my experience was so great. One of the staff named Kamryn was super helpful and asked if I needed anything multiple times, made sure my needle didn’t hurt, and checked in on me afterwards more times than I could count. Definitely would come back again because of her.
May 2025-I received a text asking for a donation with dates. I responded with best day and time . My request was confirmed via text. Automation is easy to follow. I will never, ever go to this place again. It has been an absolute fiasco for the last 3 weeks, trying to get my blood drawn, getting improper information from employees. Wrong phone numbers written on their paperwork. The list goes on and on and on. And the woman who called back said I was being "mean" by going to Red Cross and give my blood after they failed and cost me gas $ and time to top it all off.
