RecommendedWe had dinner last night at the Blonde Bistro in their new location with Axemann Brewery. We loved the Blonde Bistro at the old location and we are happy to say Ciara and her team are continuing to put out amazing food! Her food is so good, it’s not to be rushed. Head down to Axemann enjoy the amazing venue, made to order meal and the great local beer.
We got to be one of the first people at the Blonde Bistro's new Axeman location on opening day. It was great.

You absolutely can not go wrong with anything you order on the menu here. The food has been nothing short of amazing each time we have dined. If anybody says the food was just “ok”, they clearly don’t have a flavor palate. Ciara thanks so much for always delivering great dishes and giving us in Bellefonte a warm and inviting place to enjoy wonderful food! 💙

The food was fantastic. I highly recommend. Amazing seafood and pasta dishes. My husband said it was by far the best Italian dishes he has ever had!
