I love the Blonde Bistro. Everything is fresh and homemade. Great atmosphere, outstanding food. Take the time to relax and ENJOY your food. I ALWAYS recommend Blonde Bistro to my guests staying at Our Fair Lady Bed and Breakfast. Its wonderful when they return with smiles on their faces exclaiming what a great meal they had.

I am a native of State College, and never new The Blonde Bistro existed until the 2017 Wine Walk! I had your meatballs and shrimp! Then the icing on the cake was when my out-of-town guests and I ate here on Friday night! All I could say was WOW!! Everything was so much more than I expected! From the rapid reservations, to the quaint atmosphere, to the customer service, quality of food and the timing!! The Blonde Bistro is by far, the BEST restaurant! thank you!! I have recommended you highly to al my friends!
A surprise birthday party was held for me. The food was spectacular! The service and the atmosphere was wonderful. I had a great time.
As much as I've been impressed by this place previously, everything made from scratch and even if it took a while to get our food that was OK, customer service was also pretty good. However last night, my my husband and I,with her two friends from New York,arrived at 8:15, 15 minutes after the scheduled closing time at 8 o'clock and we were refused seating. Thank you for taking the time to give us constructive feedback. On weekends we highly recommend reservations, and as the hours say we do close at 8:00 PM and the last seating is at 8:00pm. Please understand that in addition to the cooking that your husband pointed out, I also have to clean the restaurant and do the nightly financials. To properly clean and prepare the restaurant for the next business day it takes several hours. Friday night, when you stopped in I didn't get home until well after 11:00.
