These apartments are very nice and reconditioned inside, but outside isn't where I would like to take my 12yr. old granddaughter.
I’ve had a great experience living at The Block Apartments, and I want to give a big shoutout to Chris, the property manager, and Manny, the maintenance manager. Chris is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. He goes out of his way to make sure things run smoothly and creates a welcoming, respectful environment. Lived here about 9 years. recently moved out. the best management ever. chris is a wonderful person!! I recommend people to live here because you’ll have a manager that actually cares about you and maintenance that is always on site to help you out! I’ll miss these apartments so much. Thank you for everything chris and manny! We really enjoyed living here.
I can't recommend living here unfortunately. The area is really bad, in the year that I lived here we had a drunk dude try to break into the neighbors apartment right across from our window, the cops came and did nothing as usual. We had a murder in the alley behind our apartment, about 500 feet from where I parked. The parking is absolutely terrible, no parking anywhere close to the apartment before 4a or after 3:30p. If you try to park close but in an illegal spot you will get parking tickets and towed, the city does not c... read more
