One of my favorite spots for hanging out to get work done. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. The treats and the coffee is delicious. Temperature is good - cool inside but not freezing cold but like some coffeeshops. If needing to do work-related phone calls, it's a good idea to have noise cancellation as they do play music on the speaker. Overall, wonderful coffeeshop and has been around for several years.

Paid 5 dollars for a small matcha and it tasted like straight milk and had chunks of matcha in it. I would never recommend this place to literally anyone it was horrid I’ve never been so mad about something I’ve spent my money on, also it was filled to the brim with ice so I got maybe 3 sips out of a 5 dollar drink.

Saturday morning was the final straw for me. I used to looooove The Blend. I was a loyal customer for years and live within walking distance of this location, so as you can imagine, it's an incredibly convenient stop. But, I've watched the prices skyrocket while the customer service has become worse and worse. On my most recent visit (the second visit within a 24 hour time period btw), the second I ordered, I told the cashier that I wanted to use my loyalty points credits. Big industrial style space. Cold but cute and clean. The espresso was atrocious. Over roasted, bitter, burned. It's like this coffee shop is living in the early 2000s when everyone was in a fight with Starbucks over who could serve the most unnecessarily charred coffee. Also, it's 2026 why not offer guests sitting inside a real cup?! No one wants to be forced to drink their hot beverage out of a plastic lined cup and black plastic recycled electronics lid. Microplastics galore. Typical, nothing special coffee place.
