Saturday morning was the final straw for me. I used to looooove The Blend. I was a loyal customer for years and live within walking distance of this location, so as you can imagine, it's an incredibly convenient stop. But, I've watched the prices skyrocket while the customer service has become worse and worse. Big industrial style space. Cold but cute and clean. The espresso was atrocious. Over roasted, bitter, burned. It's like this coffee shop is living in the early 2000s when everyone was in a fight with Starbucks over who could serve the most unnecessarily charred coffee. Also, it's 2026 why not offer guests sitting inside a real cup?! No one wants to be forced to drink their hot beverage out of a plastic lined cup and black plastic recycled electronics lid. Microplastics galore. Typical, nothing special coffee place.

Only came here for WiFi so I ordered a drink. The WiFi doesn’t work. One employee atleast tried to diagnose the problem. While she’s trying to work on it another employee just says “there’s nothing we can do”. Welp. Honestly if I’m the third customer who’s mentioned it you can atleast let people know the WiFi is not working at all so I don’t waste my money and time there. I’d have went elsewhere but already ordered and sat down. Annoying.
