This has been the worst rental experience of my life. They couldn't even type up a correct lease without payment errors or typos (that should have been our first sign to leave). Finally after 4 attempts on the lease, I was assured the apartment would be cleaned before we moved in and it was not. It was disgusting finding former residents hairs and dirt everywhere. Don't waste your time! Terrible Property manager who will never return your calls!
This review is for "Blair House" in a 2bd, 10th floor apartment. I'm coming up on almost a year of living here. It's my favorite living experience of almost 8 years in the DC area so far. Despite Silver Spring being pricier than other suburban areas, the rent is generally still fairly low here at Blair House.
