Sat alone at the bar, was served by the bartender. It wasn't very busy but the bartender seemed to be, as I only spoke to her 3 times during the entire event. Was in the mood for a fish sandwich, but there are no sandwiches on the menu for lunch on Sundays, so I had the fish and chips. This was my first time eating here. The outside deck atmosphere is nice but the food was just ok. The clam chowder was good but the drinks were weak. Had scallops over risotto (this is not on the lunch menu. We ordered off the dinner menu). The scallops were perfectly seared, tender and delicious. The risotto was pasty and very bland. Didn't like the cream corn mixed in with it. I had chowder, scallops and two different mediocre drinks for a $70 lunch with tip. The food was just ok, not worth that kind of money. Sat for 20 minutes with no waitress recognition. Notified hostess. One showed up a few minutes later. Another 15 minutes later still no drinks or have taken our order.
Great evening. Our table had an amazing array of food we shared. Chowda, Lobster, oysters, shrimp, fish to Mac an Cheese. Everything fresh and service very attentive. Love it, thanks. PS Please put the year on the T-shirts.
Great atmosphere! Great staff! Great Fish & Chips. And loved the Boom Boom Shrimp.
