Great clothes/accesories/customer service!! Love this store!!!
I can’t attest to buying from here but I definitely wouldn’t sell them your clothes. I took 4 large boxes(75+ pieces) of brand name, excellent quality/condition clothing here and received a ridiculously low amount. They only bought a dozen pieces for next to nothing but I bet practically everything I took in made it to their floor for plenty of profit to them. On top of that, they never called. I had to keep calling them and kept getting told the “check should be there any day” for almost 3 weeks. Not impressed.
I’ve seen people bashed on here who aren’t guilty of anything. Some of the entries I’ve seen are obviously written by whiny people who need to grow up. I think the site was meant more for legitimate complaints, not catty seventh grade girls Who’s feelings are hurt.
Took a tote full of brand name quality clothing. All in excellent condition. Mostly young adult female dresses and cropped pants. Out of probably 40-50 items they kept 6 and offered $16. A total waste of time taking them there. At first they left a message saying none of the items were accepted and then called right back saying they had called the wrong person then said they were taking the 6 pieces.
