Consistently Awesome! In a restaurant landscape filled with poles of unhinged superfluousness and overpriced minimalism, The Birch continues to stand out and be right on target. Flavor, Ingredients and Feel are all manicured perfectly without being forced. The art of serving good food well has not been lost at The Black Birch.
