No hot water at 6:30 am everyday day. My luxury apartment has a laundry unit that doesn’t let the bathroom door close, and all my appliances in my new luxury apartment have manufacturers tags that say 1989 on them. Oh... and the AC in the building is one unit for the whole building and it takes a week to turn on. They don’t begin to turn it on until June 15. I usually don’t have AC until after July 4. They leave that out of the presentation, too. I’m telling you the truth.

Everything about this Building is Beautiful
Unprofessional property manager who was not respectful towards me especially when I had concerns. Purposely withheld information to make my move out day a nightmare. Shoddy work. Dirty grounds outside, and the elevator always breaks down. Overcharged me for staying an extra week by $500, unwilling to negotiate. Mean neighbors who are downright verbally abusive, and physically abusive to animals. Management does not have any control over the building, which breaks any lease but refused to hear my concerns. The renovated apartments are beautiful, tons of restaurants within walking distance, friendly staff and can’t beat the views of the river. Would recommend!
Although there’s a lot of street noise, neighbors have been very quiet and polite. Covered parking for $50/mo is a perk. Really like the deck overlooking the Merrimack River and the exercise equipment.

Moved out last. year after 12 years of steady decline. They turned this place into a dog kennel when they realized there was money to be made charging extra for pets. Dogs of all sizes with many irresponsible owners.
Lived here for two years, and the staff has been very helpful and accomodating. Upgraded to a newer apartment and it has been great, and every time there is an issue I have someone to talk to and they work out all the problems. It's been great so far!
