As disabled veterans, my wife and I are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our first child. Her pregnancy is high-risk, a fact that underscores the critical need for careful and attentive medical care. We had a scheduled induction for Oct 30, a date that carries significant weight due to the nature of her pregnancy. However, we find ourselves in a state of distress due to our experience with The Birth Suites at Holmes Regional Medical Center. Approximately 5 hours before our scheduled check-in, we were informed that her app... read more

My husband and I are just getting home from delivering our daughter at Holmes. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Every single person we dealt with was incredible, even with how overworked and understaffed they were, every one was so pleasant, so present, and so sweet. All of the s... read more

Make sure you know where you’re going before you are in labor, their directions suck! Also doesn’t do tours, and would not take the time to answer questions about their policies (ex: will the baby ever leave mom’s side etc) **edited They do NOT offer tours, a third party has tours. Therefore when you have an appointment and show up, no one “could help”. I waited for 45 minutes no one had the third parties contact info. So after I left I received an email “so sorry class was short so we did the tours early and then I left” (e... read more
