I went in for induction @1pm on Feb 4th 2026. I had my baby @10pm! The staffs are wonderful, caring and respectful 💯 yes I had a problem with my discharge nurse, but I won’t let that take away the beautiful experience I had!! I really appreciate the doctors and nurses that took care of me!!! Thank you all soooooo much! I tried calling to express my gratitude, but wasn’t lucky enough to get ahold of anyone.
I had both good and bad experiences but I could like to thank Nurse Jolene Hooyer for what she did to me. During my last two days in the unit she was my nurse and she was always there to help me with everything from cleaning me up because I was bleeding to being a good nurse advocate she deserves a medal she was the best. Took care of me in my post operative and she handed me over to the next nurse I really appreciate her so much
Not sure where my original review went but I'll keep doing them so other women do not have to face the birth trauma this place caused me. It isn't surprising my review has been romoved considering the fact that when you try to file a grievance, the email they give you "isn't accepting emails" and it tries 3 times and then completely deletes the email entirely. First of all-- i'm a fourth time mother. Labor and delivery have always been phenomenal for me. Postpartum is a different story. I was abandoned and alone for so much of my postpartum stay. I had very concerning issues such as a large fist size blood clot and rising blood pressure. The nurses tried many times to get someone to help me, but whoever was on call was always busy. Sanford should get nurses who actually cares about their patients and not ones who disrespect their patients specifically labor and delivery
