So many skilled therapist at Birdrock Massage. I'm so happy that they are in the neighborhood.
When I moved from Los Angeles to La Jolla in 2021, I signed up for The Bird Rock Massage Studio's monthly membership and have been coming here regularly ever since. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else... the environment is so peaceful and relaxing, it's like a slice of heaven! All the massage therapists are excellent, especially Shana, who gives the best massages I have ever had ☺️

The Bird Rock location is a quaint, comfortable space, very peaceful. The staff are all highly experienced and well trained. I've worked with two different therapists at this location and both were excellent! Highly recommend Bird Rock Massage.
I’ve gotten a lot of massages before, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. I went in hoping for a relaxing, stress-relieving experience and instead left feeling worse than when I arrived. I also had oil rubbed all over my face, and I have acne prone skin. I do Pilates, yoga, and strength training regularly, and I get some occasional soreness but I genuinely left this massage in more pain.
