Wonderful studio! We did a couples massage and they really gave attention to our needs and the techniques they used were unlike any other massage I’ve had before. You can tell the staff is highly trained and the prices are completely reasonable for the experience. Definitely go see Gabriela, Vito or Nina when you go! Will for sure be returning!
Amidst the busy-ness and demands of life, there is nothing like the pause of a massage to refresh. I discovered Bird Rock Massage's new location on Clairemont several months ago and am now a 'regular' because of the excellent massage therapists and reasonable prices that make a monthly massage well-within reach. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this place for years. Denitsa at the original Bird Rock location in particular provides very strong massages. Like no one else in the area. Now that they have opened a new studio at Clairemont Mesa Blvd and the 805, it is more convenient to go there. Both Angus and Vito provide great, strong and effective massages. Worth giving it a try!
