Jim and Anita did a great job selling our home in Brush Creek. What stands out? Original offer, back up offer which is the one that closed, coordinating with renter to show the house right through closing, helping get the renter out of the house with almost daily visits (this was not easy), staying on top of MEC deliverables/inspections/deadlines.
