We strive to make the best coffee drinks around using Caffe Vita's Organic Espresso, while playing around with our passion: Beer. Though small, The Bindlestick constantly rotates the beer selection and because of a few relationships is able to bring many hard to find beers to the small town of Snoqualmie. We also have a small menu of wild and wacky (but delicious) panini's.

This place makes the best sandwiches & it's a great venue to sit outside on cool summer's eve.. often there is live music and the taps are divine... Recommend you try the sandwich called 'softshoe' it has ham/turkey with havarti on a croissant and the secret ingredient is maple syrup.. awesome...
I have walked and driven by a million times, but finally went in today and am so glad I did! The atmosphere is welcoming, I had the best americano I have ever had, and ate every bite of my Veggie Sandwich. I will for sure be going back and you should, too!
