We strive to make the best coffee drinks around using Caffe Vita's Organic Espresso, while playing around with our passion: Beer. Though small, The Bindlestick constantly rotates the beer selection and because of a few relationships is able to bring many hard to find beers to the small town of Snoqualmie. We also have a small menu of wild and wacky (but delicious) panini's.

Small, but great food and drink!
What I love about The Bindlestick is that people instantly relax once they enter the cafe. They may or may not know the other patrons, but there is a tendency for folks to get to know one another—it isn’t forced it, just happens and that is such a fantastic thing.
