RecommendedBill was a amazing realtor. From start to finish and even after. Extremely helpful, patient and punctual. Felt like he was in my corner the whole time. I had a very modist purchase and he treated it like it was half a million. 10 out of 5 stars. Even after close he was there 100 percent of the way to make me happy and satisfied. Highly recommend! A++ his assistant was super nice a courteous. Checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well and any concerns we're taken care of.
We recently bought our second home from Bill Kennedy at Blue Line Keller Williams. This time we did not make it easy for Bill because we were looking for our forever home. Bill worked with us relentlessly even through the tragic passing of his father. We will forever be grateful to them and strongly recommend Bill and his amazing team.

Bill and Ashley rock. This was my third house purchase and by far the best experience yet. Bill Kennedy was amazing. He new what I was looking for in a house and never tried to show me something that I wasn't interested in. And even in my crazy rants when I got outbid on a few, he kept me on track. And Ashley stayed in constant contact through the whole closing process. She kept my lender and loan officer updated with all the paperwork and kept them informed in order to close on time.
